Mix Barrel Aged gin and Apple juice/ cider in glass. Fill glass with ice. Top each with ginger beer and garnish with apple slices and mint.
Perfect for that late end- of-night tipple- straight, on ice, with soda water, add a cinnamon stick and 3 juniper berries. A twist on a classic G&T or in cocktails that suit a deeper mixer like ginger beer.
