1&1/2c Ginger Beer
1 Apple sliced,
For garnish Mint
In a cocktail shaker, add apple cider and gin. Shake gently to combine. Fill two glasses with crushed ice and pour 1/2 gin and cider mixture into each glass. Top each with ginger beer and garnish with apple slices and mint.
