50ml Papaka Road Raspberry Gin
20ml carrot juice
10ml sugar syrup
10ml fresh lemon juice
soda water
Fresh mint or lemon balm, to garnish
Put all ingredients except for the soda water in a highball glass. Add cubed ice and soda to fill. Garnish with mint or lemon balm.
