1 oz raspberry syrup (using fresh raspberries, not cordial)1/2 oz lime juice
Mix those at bottom of glass.
Top with plenty of ice.
Pour over some soda water.
Carefully pour over 1 1/2-2 oz FLUTTERBY gin.
Garnish with fresh mint.
Don’t the layers looks so impressive?
