Papaka Aperol Spritz
Serves 1
90ml Prosecco
30ml Papaka Road Classic gin
60ml Aperol
Soda water
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Combine prosecco with the Aperol and Papaka Gin. Top with one part (or a splash to taste) of premium soda water. Garnish with an orange wedge.
