Ingredients:
25ml Damson gin
15ml Crème de Cassis/ black currant liqueur
15ml lime juice 15ml sugar syrup
Lime wedges to garnish
Method: Shake the gin, Crème de Cassis, sugar syrup and fresh lime juice. Strain and serve over ice. Garnish with lime wedges
