1-2 shots Papaka Road gin
juice of one Japanese bitter orange (but feel free to use lime or fresh lemon)
Pineapple juice
Coconut cream
Plenty of ice.
Blend it all up in a blender. I didn’t add any sugar syrup because the pineapple juice was sweet enough for me, but add to taste if needed.
