This is a Gin Wine Cooler that’s sure to do the trick😎50ml Papaka Road Classic gin
250ml Sauvignon Blanc wine
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
50ml simple syrup
Plenty of ice
Orange and lemon slices, to serve
Blend all ingredients in a blender, starting with a cup of ice and adding more to make it slushier. Serve immediately with slices of orange to garnish.
