I’ve not had cherry brandy that often but I’m enjoying it as the days get cooler. It’s warming and almost aniseedy. It’s quite a polarising flavour, but I enjoyed it.
45ml Papaka Road gin
10ml cherry brandy
Egg white or aquafaba
Shake with ice and strain into a glass.
Looks great in a martini/ cocktail glass but still tastes great in this one lovely glass I found in Taranaki (although it is double the recipe 😲 otherwise it looked like the tide was out).
