If you love margaritas, you will love margatinis!
Lime juice traditionally pairs with gin (ahhhhh yes g&ts...). And all the lovely botanicals in the gin pair really well with the citrusy orange flavour from the Cointreau.
Why not create a jug to share with friends?
Rub a lime around the rim of the glass and salt the rim.
Mix:
1 & 1/2 parts gin
1 part Cointreau
3/4 part fresh lime juice
add optional sweeteners: agave nectar or sugar syrup
Serve over ice with lime wedges
