It’s a little unique to see a cocktail in a red or white wine glass. But this is a lovely citrusy drink, and with plenty of ice and soda water, it’s really light. Don’t be thrown by the burnt orange peel. Just cut yourself a circle of orange skin (with the pith but not the meat of the orange) and lightly dry the outside with a lighter. Then bring the skin in over the drink and give it a little squeeze to get a little oil while still lighting. You may get a little flame as the orange oil is ignited - exciting! Combine the ingredients in a white or red wine glass filled to the top with ice. Do not stir or strain this drink. Garnish with a burnt 🍊 peel.
