This one is based on the traditional Gin Sour but with some pomegranate, elderflower and maple syrup for a real treat. Delicious!Pomegranate Gin Sour
1+ 1/2 oz Flutterby Gin
1 oz Pomegranate juice
1 oz elderflower syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
1/4 oz maple syrup
Egg white
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake, shake, shake. Add a handful of ice and shake again.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lime and fresh flowers 🌸
