The Negroni is a classic gin aperitif, one that real gin lovers love.
Easy recipe: equal parts Papaka Road gin, Campari and Italian red vermouth. I’ve mixed it up and replaced the Italian red vermouth with one of two amaaazing NZ white vermouths- Mount Edward Elderflower vermouth or Karven kawakawa and horopito vermouth (not as sweet as the traditional red).
Combine all in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir gently and pour in an old-fashioned glass.
