I love a blue cocktail at the best of times. But in honour of our 🌊 weekend...
The Non-Tsunami
60ml Papaka road gin
30ml blue curacao
15ml lime juice
Sugar syrup to taste
Egg white or aquafaba
Dry shake in a shaker.
Then add ice to shaker and give it another good shake.
Pour into a chilled glass.
