Papakaroad Tiramisu Ice Cream Sundae
2 Coffee kisses (like ginger kisses but coffee flavoured)
Scoop of vanilla icecream
1 shot of cold espresso
1 shot Papaka Road Barrel Aged gin
Cocoa powder, shaved almonds to serve
Drizzle chocolate sauce around glass.
Cut one coffee kiss into three and place in bottom of glass.
Pour over half a shot COLD good quality espresso coffee (ours is an amazing one Kirsty and Shane Hanson - @tutukakaroast )and one shot of Barrel Aged gin.
Top with one scoop of vanilla I cream. Finish with another drizzle of chocolate sauce and shaved almonds.
Serve with a coffee kiss dusted with cocoa powder.
