Soooo it’s official, I’m in love.
In love with berries.
We have been chatting to some amazing local berry growers here in Whangarei @maungatapereberries and it’s got me all excited.
This little one I just freestyled after a morning of paperwork.
Papaka Road gin
Raspberry syrup (made with real raspberries not the fake sugar syrup)
Blood Red grapefruit juice
An egg white
Pop all in the blender. Buzz it up.
Pour into a chilled glass. Give it a minute to settle and layer. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
Insane!!!
Paperwork is now a distant memory.
