80ml Papaka Road Gin
50ml amaretto
50ml cream
1 tsp lemon curd
1/4 tsp vanilla
handful of ice.
Put all ingredients into a shaker and shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. Strain into 2 cocktail glasses. Garnish with edible flowers before serving. Serves 2...sometimes
