50ml amaretto
50ml cream
1 tsp lemon curd
¼ tsp vanilla
handful of ice
edible flowers
Put the gin, amaretto, cream, lemon curd and vanilla into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. Strain into two small cocktail glasses and garnish with edible flowers before serving. Serves 2... sometimes
