Christmas Eve. Christmas biscuit

What a December! We hope you've enjoyed the Advent calendar as much as we have. We know some people have slipped behind, and a fair few have gone ahead too! We've done both(Beth and I have our own calendars too). It's been fun, we've loved the emails and messages we've receive from you all. As always, we love your feedback so please let us know if there's something you really liked, or a suggestion to improve. Anything, big or small.

Christmas Biscuit cocktail

50ml Christmas biscuit gin

30ml simple syrup

Egg white

Fresh lime

Strawberry, Raspberry or Blackberry

Fresh Mint

Combine the Egg white, sugar syrup and gin in a shaker.

Squeeze the juice of one lime in.

Give a quick shake to combine

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for one minute

Strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with berry of your choice and fresh mint leaves
