Marmalade Liqueur is a luxurious gin-based liqueur crafted with locally grown Seville oranges, celebrated for their vibrant citrus tang and natural bittersweet complexity. Infused with a subtle sweetness, this liqueur captures the essence of marmalade, blending fragrant orange zest with hints of juniper and warm botanical undertones.

 

Perfectly balanced and versatile, it’s best enjoyed ice-cold as a nightcap, offering a silky, refreshing finish to the evening. Blueberry and Vanilla Gin Liqueur

 

This vibrant liqueur blends the rich, fruity essence of Maungatapere blueberries with the smooth sweetness of vanilla. Its bold berry flavor and creamy finish make it perfect for sipping or mixing, showcasing the best of Northland’s local produce.

 

Suggested Mixers

Tonic Water: Pair with light or elderflower tonic. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a sprig of mint.

Soda Water: A simple soda splash highlights the natural flavors. Add a twist of lemon or lime.

Lemonade: Sweet and citrusy, perfect for summer. Garnish with lemon and frozen blueberries.

 

Cocktail Ideas

Maungatapere Berry Sour: 50ml liqueur, 25ml lemon juice, 15ml simple syrup, and egg white (optional). Shake with ice, strain into a coupe, and garnish with blueberries.

Northland Bramble: 40ml liqueur, 20ml dry gin, 20ml lime juice, 10ml crème de cassis (optional). Serve over crushed ice, garnish with rosemary.

Vanilla Berry Spritz: 50ml liqueur, 75ml Prosecco, 25ml soda water. Serve in a wine glass with ice, garnish with orange and blueberries.

Purple Breeze: 50ml liqueur, 100ml cranberry juice, 50ml pineapple juice. Shake with ice, strain into a tall glass, garnish with pineapple.

Frosty Blue Martini: 60ml liqueur, 15ml triple sec, 10ml vanilla syrup. Shake with ice, strain into a martini glass, garnish with a vanilla bean or blueberry skewer.
